Professor L is a famous man for his practice of institutional economy in agriculture sector. He always say that the knowledge of electronical engineering is his tactical weapean to implement his concept, and economic expertise make him a industry policy maker. He is very proud of his achievement to design a public bidding system for vegetables trading between wholesalers and farmers, the budding system creat billions of volume of transaction regarding as farmer's welfare.

It's also a beautful thing for Porfessor L to turn the concept to the facts. Not like the business man, they alway try to carry out something they desire to, and accumulate his experiences to form a principle. Because they can't catch the theme of floating facts.

Sometimes, I am wondering how can we make a choice , or make a decision, without any rule to lead us? more pity is lack of any criteria to measure the different result. So most of us often ruch to a action, or a conclusion according personal preference without understanding the situation we stand.
