It's Happen !?

"What's happen?" I have no idea why we always say the same words when we saw someone in bad. Just for squabbling, I think why not we say "It's happen!" instead of "What's happen?", it sounds like more active and more expectably to what will happen in the near future.

I had taken a course of "System Simulation" at colleage, it provides a mechanism to set up a virtual world to imitate the real situation of cases/systems we want to know, we could gather the detailed information concerning the problem happen in the cases/system by running the specific software programs. We can intend to make a different allocation of resources, and watch what will happen in the cases/systems. Finally, we can make a choice of resources allocation to acquire a better performance of the cases/systems. It remind me that we can predict what will happen, if we grasp the key input factors and the operating pattern of cases/systems, the goal of "It's happen!" won't be faraway.
